If you are not happy with an ebook you bought from us, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it is in your receipt). You can also request a refund directly through the link in your Lemon Squeezy order receipt.
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Faulty or missing files
If your download link does not work or a file will not open, write to us at any time and we will send a working copy, or refund you if we cannot fix it.
Printed books
Paperbacks and ebooks bought from Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo or other stores are refunded by that store under its own policy. Please contact the store where you bought the book.
