What this website collects
This website has no user accounts and uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Like every website, pages are delivered through a hosting network. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site against attacks.
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and book cover images from Amazon's servers. When they load, your browser connects to those services, which can see your IP address.
When you buy an ebook
Ebook orders are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details, which we never see. We receive the information needed to fulfil and support your order: your name, email address, country and the products you bought. We use it only to deliver your files, answer your questions and handle refunds. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy also applies to your purchase.
If you write to us or join our email list, we use your email address only to reply to you or to send the emails you signed up for, such as news of a new guide. Every list email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to retailers such as Amazon and Apple Books and to sources such as news sites and official park pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
We keep order information for as long as needed for customer support, refunds and our legal and tax obligations, and email list data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a translated version of this page differs from the English version, the English version applies.
